TradieWayz Terms and Conditions


Welcome to TradieWayz! We provide job management and route optimisation software for construction businesses, including smart mapping features to visualise jobs, optimise daily routes, task management, and worker assignment functionality (Services), as set out in more detail on our website (Site).


In these Terms, when we say you or your, we mean you as an individual if you are accepting these Terms for yourself. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity (such as your employer) and you are authorised to do so, then you or your means that entity. When we say we, us, or our, we mean J L Holdings (QLD) Pty Ltd T/A TradieWayz (ACN 690 926 151).


Our Disclosures

Please read these Terms carefully before you accept. We draw your attention to:

  • Privacy Policy: Our privacy policy (on the Site) which sets out how we will handle your personal information.
  • Variations: Clause 1.7 which sets out how we may amend these Terms.
  • Fees: Clause 3 which sets out important information about payments and recurring services, including cancellation and auto-renewal.
  • Liability: Clause 10 which sets out exclusions and limitations to our liability.


Engagement and Term

These Terms apply from the time you agree to these Terms until the date they are terminated (Term). Subject to your compliance, we will provide access to the Services. If we provide access to new or beta services, you acknowledge you use them at your own risk. We may amend these Terms at any time by providing written notice.


Account and Access

You must sign up for an Account to use the Services. You may invite Authorised Users and are responsible for ensuring they comply with these Terms. You agree to keep information up-to-date and protect your passwords from misuse.


Fees and Payments

Paid Services may include one-time purchases or recurring Services. For recurring services, you will be billed on a regular basis at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • Automatic Renewal: At the end of each Service Term, recurring Services will be automatically renewed for recurring monthly periods.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel through your Account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Service Term.


Optimise Route Credits

Services may include Optimise Route Credits. Unused credits will roll over for 30 days, after which they will expire and cannot be used or refunded.


Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a non-transferable right to use the Services during the Term. You must not:

  • Access the Services in any way that is improper or breaches laws.
  • Introduce viruses or malicious code.
  • Use the Services for the purpose of building similar or competitive software.


Intellectual Property and Data

We own all intellectual property rights in the Services. You own Your Data, but grant us the right to access, backup, and use it to provide the Services. We will retain Your Data for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.


Liability and Consumer Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you during the 12 months preceding the event, or AU$1,000 if you have not paid for the Service. These Terms do not restrict your Consumer Law Rights.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. Disputes must first be met in good faith before commencing court proceedings.
